How do I use my gymnastics grips?

For the first few times they are used you will have to break them in. The best way to do this is to spray chalk up your grip on the side touching the bar and then use a water-filled spray bottle to spray them with. Do this as needed but the first few times should work great!

How do I care for my gymnastics grips?

Do not wash. Store them in the carry bag that comes with the grips, in the closed position with the leather piece tucked into the straps.
